TRAVEL POLICY

Air
Gary's outbound travel starts in Sacramento, California. Gary always gets the best possible price and flies coach. We typically book the flight six weeks before the engagement. We do this for any unexpected last minute changes that the client might need. If there is more than one client for whom Gary is traveling the cost of the flight will be prorated.

Hotel
Gary's office will be delighted to make the reservation for his hotel stay. However, in the case that your office is making the reservations, we ask for you to make the following arrangements: A king size, non-smoking room.

Car
Upon arrival Gary will rent a full size car from a national car rental company. Limousine service to and from the location is also fine. Gary Zelesky Presentations must approve any other form of transportation.
