Humility is the is the true power to personal growth. When you learn to become humble you will be come strong. Stron in character, strong in vertue, and stron in passion.
The good part about this is that if your pride is out of the way you can see if your idea was workable or if it could use improvement. A lot of times the best suggestions for improvement come from the person you taught because they may be using the information more than you.

Humility is often faked. Learning from those you have taught is a great way to demonstrate the real thing.
